A Leap of Faith

Today I took a leap of faith. I dove in. I jumped at the opportunity to drink pink and give my body the push it needs to finally feel and BE healthy!

 Last week, I accepted a 7-Day challenge to drink Plexus Slim, and I LOVED it! I liked the taste and could feel a difference. (Not everyone feels a difference in the first few days or even in the first month, but I definitely noticed it.) I know that if I continue drinking pink, then I will begin to SEE a difference as well as FEEL it.

Orange/Ginger Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients: 4 Chicken Thighs, fresh or frozen (thawed) 1 Navel Orange (washed and wedged) 1 Onion, sliced 2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil Ground Ginger (about 2 tsp, or to taste) Sea Salt Fresh Ground Pepper Instructions: Heat oil in pan. Place chicken in pan and surround with onions. Sprinkle with ginger (half), salt, and pepper. Cover and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn chicken, stir onions. Sprinkle chicken with more ginger, salt, and pepper.
